Wearable stuff

When I 'm not creating some wild fantastic designs, that no-one would probably dare to wear, I'm making jewellery that is more wearable. Some of these creations refer to my great love of everything dark, gothic and so on. Some are simple, some are more complicated. Take a look :)

Earrings 1
A pair of earrings made of two different types of copper wire. Enameled and nylon coated. And, of course, large, clear crackle beads.
For sale on Etsy.

Earrings 2
Same again, but in a slightly different form.
I particularly like this pair, because of the lacy-looking wire.
For sale on Etsy.

Treble clef pendant
My absolute favourite. I managed to combine three things important for me in one, rather small form: my love for music, gothy things and jewellery :)
And there will be more! :)
For sale on Etsy.

Earrings 3
Another lace inspired pair of earrings. Instead of my beloved crackle, they have venetian glass, which I also love, but didn't have much chance to work with before.
For sale on Etsy.
Purple crackle beads set
Crackle again! The chainy part consists of hand-wound elements.

Another portion of my wearable jewellery - soon :)

Jewellery - Fantasy collection 1

I have decided to divide my jewellery into categories.
I create stuff according to my current state of mind and I detected three main styles in my work, so now at least I can act consciously :)
First style I call "Fantasy". This category contains mostly wire-wrapped pendants of all sorts, often irregular in shape.
Here are some of them. More will arrive, rest assured (there's no stopping me, no matter if you're interested in it, or not :

 BUTTERFLY - pendant
Copper wire and olive green crackle bead.
I like this one very much. I rarely succeed in creating specific, definite shapes. Most often they're accidental. This one isn't.

 BLUE MIRROR - pendant
Silver plated wire and blue agate wigh multi-coloured stripes.
I called it "Blue Mirror" because of the shape - it looks to me like a mirror in a frame.
For sale on Etsy.

 ABE - pendant
Silver plated wire and a blue stone, full of cracks, that look a bit like water ripples (and I honestly have no idea what stone it is). I called it "Abe" because it reminds me of a character from "Hellboy", Abe Sapien.

Green agate and copper wire.
Usual freestyle shape :)

Silver plated wire and blue coloured agate. Took me a while to understand I don't want to make the second half :)
For sale on Etsy

AUTUMN - pendant
Copper wire and orangy-brown striped agate. Looks a bit like an autumn leaf. Just a bit.

TRYLOBITE - pendant
Copper wire, orangy-brown agate and freshwater pearls.
I didn't intend it to look like a trylobite. But it does, doesn't it?
For sale on Etsy.

That's it for today. The next time - the first set from te second category :) Well, if you want to see it now, pictures are available on Etsy anyway :D

I'm something which might be called an artist, if by "an artist" you mean a very lazy person, who can't decide what to do with her life. But to be completely honest I know what I want to do with my life. I just want to do a lot.
I'm a musician (a rock vocalist and electronic music composer to be exact), and that is probably the most important thing in my life. But, as I stated before, not the only one. I also paint, draw and make jewellery. And I'm a trained make-up artist.
This blog happened, because I want to advertise my work a little (and maybe earn some money while doing so), and also share some things with you - things that I find interesting.

What else? I moved from Warsaw to London in July, so I've been through some major changes lately. They probably made me a little more nuts than I had been before.

To give you some idea of who I am (self-advertisement FTW) here are two links to the most important sites of mine:
my DeviantArt account
my band's official page (we are looking for some new musicians, by the way)

So much for today, I'll share some of my work next time.
